Our Club Leaders
President
Adam Sullivan
Adam got back into cycling as an adult towards the end of 2019 on a freebie hybrid given to him by a family member. About a year later he bought his first “real” bike, and the obsession really took off. After a few more months of riding solo and one big gravel event later, he was ready to find a group of friends to ride with. A quick search on social media landed on a chill-looking weekly group ride up in North KC at a place called Velo Garage and Tap House. He showed up on a Thursday night in July 2021 knowing no one and quickly fell in love with the community.
Since then, Adam has ridden his bikes all over the Midwest, up into the mountains of Colorado, and down south in Arkansas and Oklahoma. He enjoys big rides on road and gravel, as well as romping around KC with his buds. Velo Garage has become a second home, and riding bikes with friends brings him immense joy and fulfillment. He loves welcoming new folks into the fold on Thursday Night rides, route building and research, and volunteering his time leading group rides. Now, enough talk, let’s ride bikes!

TREASURER
Anna Lisa Lawton
As Treasurer, Anna Lisa bravely safeguards the club’s finances with the same intensity she brings to promoting all things Wisconsin. Whether she’s mapping out a new adventure for group rides, or convincing everyone that cheese is a perfect recovery food, Anna Lisa helps make the club a place where everyone can laugh, ride, and always find a warm welcome. She’s dedicated to building a community where all people on all types of bikes feel welcome—ideally with a little Kansas City kindness and maybe a side of curds. She also enjoys mixing up her bike routes—because life is too short for the same path home.

SECRETARY
Megan Eubanks
Megan has been riding with Velo for the past several years and found her cycling stride in 2025. Last year she took on some big adventures, including the Double Bypass, RAGBRAI, and her first 100-mile ride for Bike MS Kansas City.
What keeps her coming back is the energy of the Velo community and the way the club shows up for each other—both on the bike and off. For Megan, cycling is about shared miles, good people, and the kind of encouragement that makes everyone want to keep riding a little farther.
This year she’s excited to serve as Secretary and be part of the Velo Garage All Bike Club leadership team. In addition to Velo, Megan is the co-chair of the Royal Blue Riders Bike MS team and works in healthcare. When she’s not riding, she’s usually encouraging others to jump in, clip in, and go get miles.

Hall of Fame
President 2020-2023
Ryan Hightower
Ryan Hightower served as president of Velo Garage All Bike Club from 2020 to 2023, leading the club through a period of growth and community engagement. Under his leadership, the club expanded its membership, introduced new ride formats, and strengthened its presence in the local cycling scene.
A dedicated cyclist and devoted father and husband, Ryan has been instrumental in fostering an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere within the club. His efforts helped organize major cycling trips, support new riders, and build lasting friendships within the club.
When he’s not on the bike, Ryan can often be found behind the bar after a Thirsty Thursday group ride, sharing stories, laughs, and a well-earned post-ride drink with fellow cyclists. Even after his presidency, he remains an active member of the cycling community, continuing to ride, mentor new cyclists, and contribute to the club’s ongoing success.
Owner & Operator, Velo Garage and Tap House
Kiley Sutter
Kiley Sutter is one of the visionaries behind Velo Garage and Tap House, a unique bar and bike shop concept that has become a cornerstone of the local cycling community. By blending great beer with expert bike service, he has created more than just a shop—he’s built a space where cyclists gather, connect, and share their passion for riding.
Kiley was one of the driving forces behind the creation of the Velo Garage All Bike Club, inspiring riders of all levels to come together and grow the sport. He has led countless group rides, supported local cyclists in need, and helped many people find the right bike to start their own cycling journeys.
Beyond sales and service, Kiley’s dedication extends to fostering a welcoming, inclusive cycling culture. Whether it’s hosting events, fixing a last-minute mechanical issue, or simply sharing a post-ride drink with fellow cyclists, his influence continues to shape and strengthen the cycling scene.
Thanks to his passion and leadership, Velo Garage and Tap House is more than a business—it’s a hub for riders, a meeting place for friends, and a true home for the cycling community.
